Our new newsletter is designed to keep you up to date on all that’s going on in the fast changing world of electronic security and here at Schlage.

Recognizing how demanding your life is as a security or building management professional is, our goal is to present you with a brief email that highlights topics such as industry events, technology profiles, product launches and people in the news.

We hope that you come to rely on our newsletter to stay informed on industry and product issues, and provide us with feedback from time to time in our survey section. And, we’ve changed our name…

For more than 30 years our Forestville, CT operation has proudly served the electronic security market under the name of “Locknetics”.  After this business joined the Ingersoll Rand family in 1999 we sought to leverage the Locknetics reputation for innovation with Schlage’s known quality and brand strength.  As part of this transition, you will notice that security products previously marketed under the “Locknetics by Schlage” brand have transitioned to “Schlage” and multiple electronic security products have been launched under the Schlage brand name, including:

• Cobra and King Cobra Keypad Locks
• Computer Managed and Campus Locks
• Wireless Access Product
• Security Management System

This is part of a broader initiative to consolidate several of our other access control and security products under the Schlage name such as the biometric technologies of Recognition Systems, Inc. and portable security products from Kryptonite.

Our promise is that you gain peace of mind when purchasing any Schlage electronic security product in terms of product performance, service and support.  Real security is when you know you won’t get a call back to the door because you installed the right product the first time.
