PB405 Series Power Bolt

The PB405 PowerBolt is a mortise, right angle deadbolt with a .61” diameter bolt and a .67" throw. It is available fail-safe PB405 or fail-secure PB405S. Powerbolts install in the door frame for minimal impact to the door and a clean, cohesive opening.

Overview

The PB405 PowerBolt is a mortise deadbolt with a 5/8" throw. It can be installed in the top or side of a door frame to provide electronic access control to doors where minimal structural or hardware alteration is desired. Built-in relocking time delay activates once door closes. Delay can be field configured for 0, 3, 6, or 9 seconds. Fail safe and fail secure models available.  

Note: Electromechanical powerbolts not recommended where life safety may be compromised or where panic bar hardware is the only means of egress.
