Overview

Schlage Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) cylinders are offered in 6- and 7-pin lengths and are available in Schlage restricted keyways and uncombinated in Best™ open keyway families. Interchangeable core users can enjoy the convenience of fast rekeying without having to disassemble the lock. This feature is very useful in applications where a high frequency of core changes are needed. Schlage SFIC formatted cylinders share Everest 29R keyways with SL conventional and FSIC format cylinders to enable the application of Primus® levels of security on critical points of entry while retaining the management ease of a single keyway family system.
