Mobile Solutions

Residents enjoy the convenience of using their phone for just about everything. Schlage Mobile Bluetooth® Credentials are eco-friendly and easy to issue and revoke in a contactless manner. Mobile credentials configured for visitor use can also enable additional services like dog walking or grocery delivery.

Schlage offers a full portfolio of hardware compatible with mobile credentials including XE360™, Schlage Control, NDE and LE wireless locks, as well as MTB readers.

No Tour Solutions

Multifamily properties can increase efficiency by allowing No-Tour credentials to be programmed in the office, sending updates to doors without the need to visit each lock. No-Tour compatible locks include Schlage Control® Smart Locks for resident unit doors, along with NDE and LE Wireless locks for offices and amenities. XE360™, Schlage’s next generation wireless lock, is compatible with nearly all openings and provides a solution that can outfit an entire property. Schlage MIFARE® or MIFARE DESFire® smart credentials and Schlage Mobile Bluetooth® Credentials are designed to work in No-Tour systems.

Pool Gates

Pool gates require a weather-proof solution that can handle the wear and tear of excessive outdoor, and often abusive use. The storeroom function on any Schlage mechanical cylindrical lock works well because it allows key entry on one side with automatic relocking as the gate is closed and the ability to exit anytime without a key. A similarly functioning electronic solution with keypad entry is available in the CO-100 lock.

Resident Unit Entries

Residents require strong and secure locks at unit entrances. In many communities, single motion egress is required by code. Schlage CS200 and S200 are interconnected mechanical locks and deadbolts designed for these applications. When the convenience of card, fob or mobile access is desired, Schlage Control® smart deadbolts and interconnected locks are available. With electronic locks, like XE360™ tubular and mortise, property managers can issue No-Tour credentials which increase efficiency by eliminating the need to visit the door to program the locks.

Resident Unit Interior Doors

Beauty and simple function are all you need for most interior residence doors. Schlage offers a wide range of styles in both residential and commercial lock lines. Residential tubular F or J Series lock options can be found on the Schlage.com website. Commercial Grade 2 tubular locks include the S Series and LT Series, as well as the new XE360™ Series, built exclusively for multifamily properties.
